Requirements
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
-Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
-Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
-Team player with a "customer-first" mindset.
-Able to work on retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-Skills required: Sales, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge and Inventory Management

Responsibilities
-Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
-Provide consultation on Maxis mobile plans, devices, and fibre solutions.
-Achieve individual & store sales targets by actively promoting products.
-Handle basic service requests (bill payments, SIM replacement, etc.).
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
-Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
-Stay updated with the latest Maxis promotions, devices, and campaigns.
