Retail Sales Senior Executive

Location: CP Tower, PJ / Various locations in Klang Valley (cover Northen Region)

Working hours: Monday- Friday (9am-6pm)

Salary: RM 6,500 + Fixed Allowances (RM 1,250) + High Commission Scheme

Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Achieve and exceed sales targets for home appliances through strategic selling and customer engagement.

Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on features and benefits.

2. Customer Service & Experience

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and personalized recommendations.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues efficiently.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.

3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Prepare sales reports and provide insights on business performance to management.

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

General business skills, e.g: computer and reporting skills

Sales experience (3) years

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Ability to interact professionally, and at all levels of an organization

Travelling required / overnight stays

Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer visits.
