Job Description

-Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Assisting and contributing towards the in-store sales of the home & living lifestyle products at Ginger Home in Bangsar Village to achieve sales targets and KPIs

-Providing customers with knowledgeable product recommendations and advise efficiently, and be service-oriented

-Involving in the general store operations, including visual merchandising, updating records and stock, and housekeeping

- Maintaining a good working environment in the store


Who are we looking for?

-Candidates must possess a good educational background (at least SPM level), with a good command of both written and spoken English

-Previous experience in a retail or customer service role with an aptitude for sales

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a cheerful & friendly disposition

-Basic computer skills, with some knowledge of POS systems

-Ability to build and maintain good rapport with customers

-Must be willing to work with flexibility in shifts in a 48 hour week, including weekends and public holidays, in a shopping mall environment

-Malaysians (non-Malaysians with relevant work permits)
