Education & Experience
Schooling: At least SPM (high school). Diploma is a plus.
Work: 1–2 years in retail sales. Senior or team leader experience is preferred.
Industry: Fashion, jewelry, or premium shops are a plus.
Skills NeededSales: Can read sales targets and help the team hit them.
Leadership: Good at talking to, motivating, and checking on a small team.
Tech: Knows how to use cashier systems (POS), Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
Hours: Ready to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Personality Attitude: Friendly with customers but firm and fair with staff.
Work Ethic: Takes personal pride in the store; does not just wait to go home.
Action: Opens the shop on time and reports problems early.
Drive: Chases HQ for stock and marketing help instead of waiting around.
