Retail Supervisor

• Staff Management: Create employee work schedules, delegate daily tasks, conduct shift briefings, and provide on-the-job training or coaching.
• Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve checkout issues, and model great service standards.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee product deliveries, manage product ordering, and conduct inventory counts.
• Visual Merchandising: Arrange displays, maintain proper signage, and ensure promotional campaigns match company guidelines.
• Operations & Safety: Open and close the store, handle cash registers or deposits, and enforce store safety and security policies.
• Sales & Reporting: Track daily/weekly key performance indicators (KPIs), motivate the team to hit sales targets, and report data to store managers


Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or a degree in business or retail management.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of prior retail experience or leadership background.
• Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and basic math/analytical skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
