Revenue & Collection Coordinator | 12 Months Contract | Salary Up to RM 2,500

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers

Engage, negotiate, and motivate customers to fulfill their loan repayment obligations

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on outstanding balances and available repayment channels

Proactively follow up with customers who fail to meet their payment commitments

Assess customer financial situations and propose suitable repayment schedules

Meet and exceed KPIs set by Collection Management

Deliver high-quality, customer-centric service to delinquent accounts while adhering to best practices

Requirements & Skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proven experience in collections, credit control, or a similar role

Customer-focused mindset with good service orientation

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging conversations

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

High level of integrity and professionalism

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
