Salary: RM 2,000 + Allowance + Free Insurance Coverage

Job Description:
- Conduct property site visits (property photo-taking, utility bill collection, maintenance bill verification at management offices)
- Assist in showing properties to prospective buyers and tenants
- Perform other administrative tasks related to property management

Requirements:
- Possess a valid driving license (motorcycle and/or car)
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic contractor skills are an added advantage
- Willing to travel across KL and Selangor
