Responsibilities

Monitor tenant adherence to Tenancy Agreement clauses, house rules and mall SOPs.

Support tenant onboarding, move-ins and operational readiness.

Ensure compliance with fire safety, OSH, and mall requirements.

Assist in tenant fit-outs, renovations and reinstatements operationally.

Support fire drills, emergency preparedness and tenant incident reporting.

Assist in compiling monthly Leasing & Operations reports.

Coordinate yearly inspections and renewals (OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, Fire Dept, DOE).

Assist in fire drills, evacuations and safety awareness campaigns.

Track preventive maintenance for HVAC, lifts, escalators, fire systems, etc.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Building Management, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in mall, retail, or property management will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of tenancy agreements, mall operations, and building compliance standards is preferred.

Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements such as OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, and fire safety regulations is an advantage.

Willing to work in Ayer Itam, Penang.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
