Store Operations

- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and product display.

- Ensure all products are handled and stored properly.

- Support in inventory management and stock checks.

Product & Brand Knowledge

- Continuously learn about diamonds, jewelry trends, and the brand’s collections.

- Attend internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

- Stay updated with competitor products and market trends.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain customer database and follow up with clients.

- Provide after-sales service and build long-term customer loyalty.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (written & spoken).
