Sales Admin, eCommerce (1 year contract)

Data Management

Managing data for all Ecommerce consumer promotional activities.

Supporting ecommerce sales teams to optimize their operational work streams with least number of operational tasks.

Reconciling the claims from customers with the accruals raised in system.

Creating & maintaining a tracker for all the activities.

Liaising with finance & cross functional teams to ensure recording and uploading of trade spends in system.

Liaising with external partners to coordinate w.r.t payout reconciliation.

Working with distributor finance to ensure timely receipt of claims and notify on any deviations

Requirements

Committed and comfortable with a 1 year contract.

6 months+ work experience in a corporate sector with a bachelor’s degree.

Strong oral & written communication skills in English.

Having beginner level commercial acumen- understanding of credit/ debit , calculation of margins etc

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Attention to details, meticulous in follow up.

Ability to work be resourceful in finding information when things are ambiguous.
