About the role

We are seeking talented Sales Advisor/Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative New Energy Vehicle(EV) products.

What you'll be doing

-Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations on our electric vehicle models

-Demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers, highlighting the advanced technology and environmental advantages

-Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase and delivery

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge on our products, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer questions and concerns

-Collaborate with the marketing team to organise and participate in various sales events and product showcases

-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management

-Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to help improve sales strategies and customer experience

What we're looking for

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive are encourage to apply

-Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

-Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical features

-Proficient in Leveraging Social Media platforms

-Passion for sustainable mobility and a commitment to promoting the benefits of electric vehicles

-Proficiency in the local language (Bahasa Malaysia) and English is essential

-Proficiency in Mandarin language, both written and verbal, will be an added advantage. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
