-Handle customers’ enquiries
-Prepare and follow-up on quotation
-Prepare delivery order
-Coordinate with the Logistics Department on delivery to customers
-Maintain good customer relationships
-Coordinate and follow-up with Procurement Department on the arrival schedule for stock items
