Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage walk-in guests and provide a friendly store experience. • Understand customers’ interests, buying intentions and timelines. • Educate customers on EV products, technology, ownership costs and available Malaysia EV incentives. • Arrange and coordinate test drives for interested customers. • Follow up with prospects and support them through the registration and purchase process. • Support roadshows, outbound events and mall activations when required.
