Sales Assistant

Requirements
-Minimum education level: Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
-Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to begin a career in retail sales.
-Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
-Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to overall sales goals.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
-Basic understanding of inventory management principles and retail sales operations.

Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
-Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns efficiently.
-Assist in managing inventory by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring sales trends, and communicating low stock levels to the supervisor.
-Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the supervisor when necessary.
-Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, distributing marketing materials, and maintaining awareness of current promotions.
