Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

(a)Assisting customers to recommend and select suitable frames and lenses;

(b)Promoting and selling products of the Branch efficiently and effectively;

(c)Conducting eye examinations for customers;

(d)Edging lenses and fitting lenses to frames;

(e)Assisting branch manager to oversee day-to-day operation & implement in-store policies;

(f)Assisting branch manager to achieve monthly target;

(g)Providing advice on products;

(h)Ensuring sufficient stocks and undertake weekly stock count;

(i)Ensuring high quality customer service and maintain good relationship with customers;

(j)Contributing towards the Branch’s sales achievement & sales growth;

(k)Performing spectacles maintenance and adjustments for customers;

(l)Maintaining product display;

(m)Performing daily routines such as stock check, shop cleaning and arranging products; and

(n)Assist with ad-hoc tasks and other office duties when required;
