Sales Assistant (Bandar Prima)

1. Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear and optical products.
Provide product information and after-sales support.
2. Sales
Meet daily/monthly sales targets.
Promoted lenses, frames, and packages effectively.
3. Cashiering
Handle payments via cash, card, or e-wallet.
Issue receipts and ensure transcaction accuracy.
4. Product Handling
Arrange displays and restock items as needed.
Participate in inventory checks and stock take.
5. Support Eye Check Process
Assist with appointment scheduling and customer flow.
Coordinate with the optometrist for smooth service.
6. Outlet Cleanliness
Maintain tidiness of sales floor and product displays.
7. Other Duties
Attend training, meetings, and perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
