Key Responsibilities

-Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable home products

-Provide accurate product details, answer inquiries, and recommend solutions

-Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently

-Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

-Promote special offers and cross-sell complementary products

-Maintain store displays, product arrangements, and pricing accuracy

-Support stock replenishment and delivery coordination


Requirements

-SPM/STPM qualification (or equivalent)

-Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

-Fluency in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking customers)

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Positive, customer-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn

-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

-Based in Penang (with flexibility for transfers within the region if required)
