Sales Associate

Job Requirements
-Education: SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.
-Experience: Junior Level: fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years retail experience,
fashion knowledge preferred, Senior Level: 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.
-Preferably in fashion or apparel, with an advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
-Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking.

Job Responsibilities
-Involve in Developing Omni-Chanel Strategy.
-Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products.
-Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
-Meet individual and team sales targets.
-Handle cashier transactions, exchanges, and returns.
-Maintain store cleanliness and stock display.
-Support stock management and visual merchandising.
