Requirements

Sales Associate (Petting Zoo)
-Working experience in the sales industry.
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin and other language is a plus)
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
-Sales and customer service focus.
-Confident, adaptability, teamwork, helpful and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

Sales Associate (Petting Zoo)
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
-Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
-Accurately describe our petting zoo annual pass and ongoing promotion packages to our customers.
-Keep up to date with our promotion and any other collaboration information.
-Recommend and upsell petting zoo annual pass or any other promotion to our customers.
-Do social media posting or live during free time to promote our petting zoo or any other content related to our company.
-Basic sales closing and cashiering skills.
