Sales Consultant

About the Role

The Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging with customers, providing design solutions, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth project journey from sales consultation to installation completion. This role is based at HQ but requires flexibility to work remotely during exhibitions, sales galleries, or special roadshows. The position also requires willingness to travel and work on weekends when supporting events or projects.



What you'll be doing

Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional consultation on design solutions and product offerings.

Prepare design proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

Coordinate with internal teams such as design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, including installation work, and ensure timelines are met.

Handle customer concerns and work with the relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.

Represent the company during exhibitions, sales galleries, and special roadshows.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, quotations, and customer communications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.



What you'll bring

Min requirement with SPM.

Experience in sales, interior design, or home living solutions is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through from sales to installation.

Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.

Willing to travel and work during weekends when required for exhibitions, sales galleries, or roadshows.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
