Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the key driver in managing customer accounts, expanding our business, and promoting our security solutions. Your responsibilities include:

Account Management – Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify opportunities to expand client security systems with Magnet’s advanced solutions.

Performance Monitoring – Track customer engagement and recommend strategies for growth.

Campaign Promotion – Actively promote Magnet’s latest security campaigns and promotions.

Market Expansion – Prospect and onboard new clients in commercial and residential sectors.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security systems, construction, or facility management.

Strong negotiation & communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored security solutions.

Familiarity with Gate, CCTV, access control, or alarm systems is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
