Sales Coordinator 销售跟单员

What you'll be doing

Manage sales orders from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service

Coordinate with the wider sales, logistics and production teams to facilitate seamless order fulfilment

Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports to track key performance metrics

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably within the FMCG or produce industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle competing priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and generate reports

A problem-solving mindset and the drive to continuously improve processes and procedures
