Job Description
-Process customer orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
-Coordinate closely with sales team, warehouse, and customers
-Maintain proper sales records, customer files, and reports
-Follow up on payment status and order progress
Requirements
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-Experience in sales admin / coordination role is preferred
