JOB VACANCY : SALES COORDINATOR
Location: Kapar, Klang, Selangor
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kapar, Klang. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support our sales team with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Processing: Key in sales orders, prepare delivery orders (DO), and issue invoices accurately.
· Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery status.
· Sales Team Assistance: Assist outdoor sales executives with preparing quotations, samples and sales reports.
· Coordination: Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers.
· Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
· Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. AutoCount) is a strong plus.
· Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
