Sales Coordinator / Order Fulfillment Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

Diploma or above (International Trade, Logistics, or Language majors preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
Must be able to work long-term in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

Manage the full order cycle: PO placement, production follow-up, delivery tracking, and shipping coordination
Act as a liaison between international customers and internal teams
Coordinate with departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth workflow
Assist with customer satisfaction surveys, feedback handling, and post-shipment issues
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Basic salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,500 (based on experience and interview performance)
