Sales Designer

Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse clients.
-Exhibit a passion for sales and a keen interest in architecture and interior design.
-Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
-Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and effectively present design solutions to clients.
-Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
-Be willing to learn and adapt to the dynamic environment of the architecture and interior design industry.

Responsibilities
-Prepare preliminary design concepts and presentations under the guidance of experienced sales designers.
-Support the sales team by providing design-related information and assistance during client interactions.
-Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design proposals.
-Maintain a database of design resources, materials, and vendor information.
-Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations, including design specifications and cost estimates.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving design-related issues.
-Translate design concepts and specifications accurately between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to ensure clear communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
