Sales Engineer

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for
-Providing technical expertise to customers
-Delivering product demonstrations
-Offering ongoing technical support.
-Collaborating closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements
-Preparing tailored proposals, and supporting the sales cycle
-Actively work to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.


Qualifications
-Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for understanding and addressing client needs with technically tailored solutions.
-Over five years of work experience in the HVAC industry
-Proficient in Chinese, with English proficiency a plus
-Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
-Experience and proven abilities in Sales, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales performance targets.
-Ability to analyze technical challenges and propose effective solutions with a problem-solving mindset.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field
-Knowledge of humidity control or industrial systems is an added advantage
-Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure
