Sales Engineer (Process Instrumentation)

Requirements

Achieve at least Diploma in Physics, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the industrial or engineering sector.
Pleasant personality with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and networking
Willing and able to travel throughout Malaysia for customer engagements
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Must have own transport and a valid driving license
Process Instrumentation / Industrial Measurement Technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively

Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships. Your core responsibilities will include:

Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their technical requirements
Promoting and presenting process instrumentation solutions across industries
Conducting site visits, technical surveys, and consultations
Preparing technical proposals, quotations, and support documents
Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support
Identifying business opportunities and expanding your customer network
