Sales Executive

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma is a plus
Prior experience in retail, pharmacy, or healthcare-related sales is an advantage
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shift rotation
Basic computer skills for handling POS or inventory systems


Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth
Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services
Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently (POS system knowledge is a plus)
Manage stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure the outlet is well-organized
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Support online order fulfilment (if applicable)
Assist in daily opening and closing tasks
