Sales Executive - FMCG

Key Responsibilities
-Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the retail -and wholesale sectors.
-Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
-Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to maximize market share in the FMCG/Gardening sector.
-Upselling: Increase average transaction size and volume through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
-Market Intelligence: Conduct analysis on industry trends and competitor activities.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
-Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and weekly performance reports.

Requirements
-Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Experience: Proven track record in sales with a history of hitting targets (FMCG/retail experience is a plus).
-Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese dialects is strictly required to effectively manage negotiations with our Mandarin-speaking wholesalers and diverse client base.
-Mobility: Possess own transport and a valid driving license; willing to travel outstation/interstate when required.
-Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
-Attitude: Self-motivated, aggressive in sales, and results-oriented.
