What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking and follow-up activities

Handling and growing existing key accounts

Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions

Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team targets

Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement sales strategies

Accurately tracking sales activities and preparing detailed reports

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in the gifting & premiums line with FMCG & non-FMCG customers

A passion for gifts and premiums

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close sales

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
