Sales Executive

Requirements

Diploma (Business-related preferred)
Must speak and read Mandarin
Good English & Bahasa Malaysia
Have sales experience (packaging/printing a plus)
Enjoy meeting people & working outdoors
Good & clear communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Responsible, independent & target-driven
Responsibilities

Recruit new customers & grow sales pipeline
Be the main contact for your accounts — calls, visits, emails
Promote & upsell our printing & packaging solutions
Understand customer needs, give ideas & solutions
Prepare quotations, compute pricing & ensure POs are correct
Process orders fast & issue job tickets same day
Follow up on artwork approvals & delivery timelines
Track orders & keep customers updated at every stage
Maintain good relationships with existing clients & build new ones
Assist in collecting payments & coordinate urgent deliveries if needed
Update customer records in our system (CERM)
