sales executive / Manager - HOTEL

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
Maintain good relationships with existing corporate clients and business partners.
Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Promote hotel rooms, meeting packages, events, banquet and other hotel services.
Conduct sales calls, client visits and presentations when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the hotel's revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
Attend to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Participate in sales activities, promotions, roadshows and hotel events.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client information and follow-ups.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
