Sales Executive - Specialty Coffee

What you’ll do
-Drive wholesale growth by prospecting, securing and onboarding new accounts.
-Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize lifetime value.
-Deliver engaging client meetings, product demos and tastings that showcase our coffee and brewing techniques.
-Share expert product knowledge—origins, flavour profiles and recommended brew methods.
-Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
-Prepare concise sales reports and meaningful updates for management.

Who we’re looking for
-Proven sales experience, ideally in F&B, cafés or the coffee industry.
-Solid understanding of specialty coffee (brewing methods, origins, tasting notes).
-Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
-Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
-Own transport and willing to travel across KL for client visits.
