Job Description:

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Consultants

Set sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them

Monitor daily performance, provide guidance and training

Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions

Ensure excellent customer experience and showroom standards

Liaise with principals for product updates and reporting

Requirement:

At least 3–5 years in automotive sales, including team leadership experience

Strong leadership, communication & coaching skills

Results-driven, strategic thinker & able to drive team KPIs

Familiar with social media strategies & digital sales funnels
