Sales Manager

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
-Proven experience in sales management within the engineering or industrial sector
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
-Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
-Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently
-Willing to travel and visit clients when required (own transport essential)
-Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise the outdoor sales team to achieve company targets
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
-Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
-Conduct client visits to understand technical requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions
-Work closely with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
-Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management
-Coach and mentor sales staff to strengthen their skills and productivity
