Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our software development business. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying enterprise clients to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with a proven track record of selling custom software, ERP systems, or B2B technology solutions.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Prospect and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.

Client & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and enterprise clients.
Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored software solutions.
Collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team to prepare accurate proposals, scope of work, and quotations.
Ensure high client satisfaction and drive repeat business and referrals.
