Leadership
Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
Lead and motivate team, setting sales target and ensuring team meet targets
Acquiring Merchants
Pro active cold calling and / or Engage inbound leads to identifying potential merchants to onboard with EPOS
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Merchants.
Negotiate and communicate contract terms with key Merchants to seal agreements.
Account Management
Engage key merchants and provide the best solutions to address their business needs and maximize their sales potential
Stakeholders
Build relationships & engage key merchants on a daily basis
Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, operations, customer success & service"
