Sales Manager

Job Description:
-Drive aggressive sales growth for carton packaging products and achieve ambitious revenue targets
-Lead, coach, and closely monitor the Sales team’s performance to ensure targets are achieved
-Drive, supervise, and hold the Sales team accountable for results and KPIs
-Manage, motivate, and continuously monitor Sales executives to deliver aggressive growth
-Actively hunt for new customers and new business opportunities in carton packaging-
-Manage and grow key accounts with a strong focus on volume, margin, and long-term partnerships
-Handle customer negotiations, pricing strategies, quotations, and cost estimations
-Take full ownership of customer satisfaction, delivery commitments, and service performance
-Work closely with Production, Planning, and QA teams to ensure order fulfilment
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the carton packaging industry
-Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO requirements

Requirements:
-Minimum 5–8 years’ solid experience in carton packaging sales (offset / corrugated / folding carton preferred)
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
-Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Experience leading, coaching, and monitoring a Sales team
-Strong negotiation, customer management, and closing skill
-Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-Familiar with ISO standards is an advantage
-Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
