*MYR9000 - 12000/month + Monthly Sales Commission

*Food, lodging, and transportation will be provided by the company



JOB INTRODUCTION:

We are looking for a committed Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executive to achieve consistent sales targets and to grow the revenue in a competitive environment.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To head the sales department and all functions pertaining to sales

To manage the sales team & directing them in their daily sales functions

To obtain reliable & accurate market intelligence and tracking market movements of wholesale & retail prices of products

Planning & co-ordination of sales coverage of both local and outstation sectors

Heading meeting with sales personnel and collating of market information and their execution of instruction given

Require flying outstation on short trips regularly.

Other matter as directed by Management.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 10-12 years relevant working experience

Must have very good skills in sales

Diploma or Degree Holder

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong analytical, planning skills with an eye for details

Excellent work attitude and able to carry out Management’s objectives

Possess excellent leadership and Management qualities

Familiar with FMCG products

Hardworking, patient, tolerant and able to persevere

Must be able to perform well in direct sales with customers
