Sales Manager

Drive sales strategy to develop new business opportunities.

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets

Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and partners

Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events

Monitoring and analysing sales and marketing metrics to inform data-driven decision making

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless customer experience and brand consistency

Mentoring and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals

Increase business volume by developing new customers.

Report to the MD to expand the business beyond the current customer base and geography.

Lead and drive the sales team across Malaysia to increase business growth and market penetration.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or motorsport industry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on developing and empowering individuals

Passion for the automotive and motorsport industry, with a deep understanding of the market and its trends
