Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders and process all related sales documentation (e.g., orders, invoices, and records).

Update and maintain accurate sales databases and filing systems.

Coordinate communication between the sales team and customers.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Prepare regular sales reports and track key performance metrics.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.

Ensure adherence to established sales processes and deadlines.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Ensure all system data is current and properly maintained.

Participate in direct marketing activities, outdoor promotions, and roadshows.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant work experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.
