Sales & Marketing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-To coordinate and formulate sales & marketing programmes and strategies, A&P, and all aspects of Marketing;
-To conduct marketing research and studies to keep abreast with market demands, trends, and pricing;
-To work with the creative agency on the display material design and layout such as bunting, banner, flyers, and any other promotional materials;
-Assist and participate in any sales event, project launching, roadshows, exhibitions, and liaise with event organisers / service providers;
-To monitor, review, and report on all sales & marketing activities and results;
-To conduct frequent meeting / discussion with sales & marketing team / agencies for feedback;
-To provide high quality of pre and post sales services;
-To develop new client relationship and maintain current client relationship;
-Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia;
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;
-At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
-Knowledgeable in relevant aspects of authorities approval relating to property sales such as advertising permit, strata title act, housing development act, and etc;
-Possess own transport and willing to travel;
-Must be performance driven, result orientated, responsible, independent, well-disciplined, initiative, and resourceful;
-Willing to be based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
