Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills & experience.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.

Building and maintaining a strong network of sales professionals.

Providing career advice and guidance to candidates

Meeting recruitment targets and maintaining high service standards.

Requirement

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable to hit sales and KPI

Able to multi tasking (liaise with different clients)

Ability to manage candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements effectively.
