Sales Support (Engineering) - Industrial Pumps and Equipment

Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
At least 1 years working with pump selections (Software or Manual) will be an added advantage
Fluent in Mandarin is an imperative to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, Fluency in English speaking
& Writing will be an added advantage.
Willing to work hard to complete urgent project and project clarification per-order(s) or post-order(s)
Good sense of leadership
Responsibilities
Able to handle daily enquiry and order processing including quotation, feedback to/from customers on order confirmation detail etc.
Collaborate with sales team member to prepare quotation and proposal
Provide guidance and support to sales team members on quotations, proposals, pump specification and compiling data sheet
Support in sales activities in product application and winning the project is critical
Create or modify pump design to meet customer requirements
Handle and respond to customer's inquiry in a timely and professional manner
To propose the current available stock in warehouse during pump selections as to reduce company inventory
Contribute to continuous improvement activities across all departments
Provide timely update and report to Management on on-going project
Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned
