Job Description:

TGL Malaysia, part of Think Global Logistics, is expanding — and we’re looking for a Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer support and solution delivery experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage tariff and freight rate consolidation, ensuring pricing information is accurate and up to date.
Collect, analyse, and maintain cost data to support competitive pricing strategies
Support the Sales team with quotation preparation, customer presentations, event coordination, meeting documentation, and other sales-related activities.
Maintain pricing databases and ensure timely updates of tariffs and supplier rates.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients and agents to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
