Do you love challenges?

We are looking for an SAP Data Migration Consultant to support data migration activities to move to SAP S/4HANA Cloud under RISE with SAP. The role involves planning, developing, and executing data migration processes using SAP standard tools and custom ABAP programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP data migration from on-premise ERP or S/4HANA systems and a solid foundation in ABAP development.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Participate in defining the data migration strategy, scope, and approach for various migration objects.
Analyze source data models and identify master and transactional data to be migrated.
Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using standard SAP tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or BODS, and custom ABAP programs where needed.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accurate migration results.
Coordinate with functional consultants to understand business rules and mapping requirements.
Document migration procedures, test results, and lessons learned.
Provide post-migration support and assist in resolving data-related issues.
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in ABAP programming for data extraction, BAPIs, IDocs, and file handling.
Hands-on experience with one or more tools:
– SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)

– Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)

– SAP Data Services (BODS)

Good understanding of SAP data structures across core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams
Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
