Section Manager Warehouse Operations

As Section Manager Warehouse Operations at TF AMD MICROELECTRONICS (PENANG) SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the company's warehousing and distribution operations. Based in Batu Kawan Penang, this full-time position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading microelectronics manufacturer.

What you'll be doing

Manage all warehouse activities in compliance with company’s policies and procedures including inventory control, space utilization, and driving continuous improvement plan to meet productivity targets and development of warehouse staff.

Accountable for delivering departmental KPIs with highest level of professionalism.

Must be willing to take ownership of problems and responsibility for resolving them.

Oversee all incoming goods, warehouse distributions, operation maintenance, staff safety and manage the flow of work to maximize staff efficiency and minimize overtime.

Evaluate all warehouse procedure to maintain accuracy and ensure all warehouse activities carried out adhere to all audit compliance requirement and internal standards

To investigate and provide quick and effective responses to resolve any issues/complaints arising from end-users.

Well-versed with SAP Material Management/Warehouse Management\.

Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
