Security Supervisor

What you'll be doing
-Supervise and manage security guards at assigned sites
-Ensure all security duties are carried out according to company procedures
-Conduct regular site inspections and patrols
-Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance
-Handle incidents, emergencies, and report findings promptly
-Maintain discipline and performance of security personnel
-Liaise with clients, management, and local authorities when required
-Prepare daily and monthly security reports

What we're looking for
-Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Able to work shifts
-Familiar with security operations and procedures
