Job Description

What You Will Do
Build and grow new semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customer accounts from scratch

Drive full-cycle B2B sales: lead generation → technical discussion → RFQ → negotiation → closing

Develop relationships with:

Semiconductor fabs

EMS / OEM companies

Automation / equipment manufacturers

Tier-1 suppliers and global customers

Conduct daily outbound activities (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and onsite visits)

Understand customer manufacturing processes and translate them into technical sales opportunities

Work closely with engineering, costing, and product teams to deliver winning solutions

Review RFQs, technical drawings, DFM requirements, and equipment specifications

Identify new market opportunities in Malaysia and overseas (US, Europe, Asia)

Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new market penetration

Who We Are Looking For (IMPORTANT)
We want candidates who have:

Proven experience in B2B technical sales (semiconductor / automation / electronics preferred)

Strong track record in new business development (hunter sales mindset)

Experience selling into engineering-driven environments

Ability to independently study technical products and understand customer manufacturing processes

Experience handling complex, long-cycle sales (RFQ-based or project-based sales)

Confidence engaging engineers, buyers, and senior management

Must-Have Skills & Traits
Strong technical curiosity (able to understand drawings, systems, or industrial applications)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and customer visits

Highly self-driven, disciplined, and independent

Strong ownership mindset — able to run a territory like your own business

Able to work under targets and performance-driven environment

Preferred Background
Semiconductor / EMS / automation / industrial equipment sales experience

Exposure to international customers (Asia)

Experience working with engineering teams or technical products

Familiar with CRM systems and structured sales tracking

Multilingual ability is a strong advantage (English, Mandarin, etc.)
